Kristin has been employed with The Guidance Center for over 20 years and served as the Human Resources Director for 14 years. She received Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University. She currently holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and the SHRM-CP Certification from SHRM.
