Community Support Services (CSS)

The Center’s Community Support Services (CSS) program provides community-based service to adults with Serious and Persistant Mental Illness (SPMI). The primary goal of these services is to assist clients with maintaining community living. Services include case management, peer support, assistance through the PATH program for those adults who qualify, Adult Psychosocial treatment (individual or group), targeted services for those with Dual Diagnosis (mental illness and substance abuse), psychiatry service, and other mental health services as necessary.
