Stevie Durkin joined the Guidance Center nearly 16 years ago as a practicum student while pursuing his master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas. After completing his graduate degree, Stevie joined the organization in Atchison and served as an outpatient therapist and eventual Clinic Administrator for 8 years.

Stevie then went to the Atchison Community Health Clinic as the Chief Executive Officer for 7 years before returning to the Guidance Center as the Chief Executive Officer in 2024.
