Our Leavenworth County office is located at the intersection of Limit Street and Hughes Road, one block west of 4th Street Trafficway. Construction of the facility was completed in 2004. The offices of our Executive Director, Medical Director, Operations Director, Finance Director, Clinical Director, Community Relations Director and Information Systems Director are located in the Leavenworth Facility.

The Guidance Center is the only provider of psychiatry services in Leavenworth County county offering a sliding fee scale for individuals who have no other way to pay for their care. The following services are provided by the Center: outpatient mental health assessment and treatment services; community support services for the seriously and persistently mentally ill; community-based programs and services for seriously and emotionally disturbed children and adolescents; peer support; consumer advocacy and family support; early childhood screening, intervention and educational programs and services; adult and youth case management; outpatient alcohol and drug abuse education, assessment and treatment services; medication management; screening and emergency services 24 hours, seven days a week; consultation and education services; training for students entering mental health professions, educational programs and research; guidance and counseling services.

Office Hours are: Monday and Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
